By using the Lexaro Local website, requesting an audit, purchasing services, or using services provided by Lexaro Local, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Lexaro Local provides local marketing services that may include reputation and review management, Google Business Profile optimization, local search visibility services, website services, hosting, reporting, and related services.

Specific services provided to each client may vary based on the selected plan or agreement.

3. Free Audits and Consultations

Free reputation audits and consultations are provided for informational purposes. Any estimates, projections, ranking information, or potential revenue opportunities discussed during an audit are estimates only and are not guarantees of future results.

4. Payment and Billing

By purchasing a recurring service, you authorize Lexaro Local to charge the payment method provided according to the billing schedule shown at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

Monthly services renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge.

Payments already processed are non-refundable.

Any free trial will convert to the applicable paid subscription at the end of the stated trial period unless canceled beforehand.

Additional usage-based charges, including messaging or communication costs, may apply when disclosed as part of the service.

5. Google Rankings and Results

Lexaro Local works to improve online reputation, Google Business Profile performance, and local search visibility. Search rankings and business results are affected by many factors outside our control, including competition, Google's algorithms, market conditions, customer behavior, and changes made by third-party platforms.

Lexaro Local does not guarantee specific Google rankings, review quantities, leads, calls, revenue, or other business results unless a specific written guarantee is expressly included in the client's agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access to accounts, business information, customer data, photographs, and other materials necessary to perform the agreed services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and permissions to provide customer information and other materials used in connection with the services.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Lexaro Local's services may depend on third-party platforms and providers, including Google and other software, communications, hosting, payment, and marketing platforms.

Lexaro Local does not control these third parties and cannot guarantee their continued availability, policies, features, rankings, or performance.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lexaro Local's services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activities.

We may suspend or terminate services when reasonably necessary because of misuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Lexaro Local Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed that policy.

10. Service Availability
